My G-G-Grandmother, Catherine nee Tucke married a Henry Brinck in Hanover, Germany abt 1810. Immigr to US abt 1830. They had two children, Herman and Henry Brinck. Family moving to St. Louis, MO in 1839, involved in steamboat disaster on the Mississippi River, Father killed. Catherine and two sons taken to St. Louis where she married (Theodorus) Dietrich Lampe - blacksmith - eventually moving to Lee County, IA. I have some record of his death but none of Catherine's. Need more info. Can furnish more on above.
