Mary Anne: I have the book Stones & Sites of Cedar County, Iowa 1836-1986. It does have George Justice in Pioneer Grove Cemetery, but does not have George Lee. Maybe his stone was unreadable when the book was done. For George Justice it gives the following: 24 Jan 1810-30 Oct 1893.
Margaret W w/o George d 1 Feb 1873 ae 60 yr 7 mo 2 da
Mary dau/o George & M W d 28 Sept 1890 ae 52 yr 4 mo 7 da
Can't help you with obits. Don't know if there was a newspaper back then either.
