Norval Knight Hartley

Funeral services for Norval Knight Hartley, rural Hillsboro, were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 27, at the Salem Congregational Church with the Rev. James E. Rozendaal and the Rev. Shirley Rozendaal officiating.

Mrs. Gordon Watts was the organist and Mrs. Erin Jantsch, soloist.

Casket bearers were Jim Mosher, Dr. Dan Berkland, Time Jantsch, Eric Merritt, Curtis Berkland and Bob Calkins. Interment was in the Salem South Cemetry.

Mr. Hartley, 84, died Thursday, Feb. 25, 1988. Beatty-Wilkins Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
