In the 1920 U.S. Census, I find my 2nd GGF living in Grove twnshp, Taylor Co. Iowa - H.L. Markham with Clarinda and two grandchildren. I want to find the location of their residence on a map. They lived on a farm.
There are other Markham's that are also listed on the 1920 census.
I have searched for Plat maps of Grove twnshp, but have not located a Plat map for 1920.
In the 1915 Iowa census, Henry Markham resides in Mercer twnshp, Adams Co.
I have searched for land ownership, but with no results.
Anyone have a 1920 Plat map for Grove twnshp?
Anyone know how to determine the residency using the info in the census?
I would like to know where the other Markham's listed in the 1920 census resided (Norton Markham and Guy Markham specifically).
I appreciate all efforts to assist me with my research.
