LAWTON, Iowa -- Grace A. Bunning, 79, of Lawton died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 1990, in Colonial Manor at Kingsley after a long illness.

Services will be at 1 p.m. today at Community Presbyterian Church in Lawton with Dr. Robert E. Peters officiating. Burial will be in Banner Township Cemetery under the direction of McCulloch Funeral Home of Moville.

Mrs. Bunning, the former Grace Porter, was born Oct 5, 1910, at Sergeant Bluff. She graduated from Sergeant Bluff High School. On June 1, 1943, she married Julius Bunning in Sioux City. He preceded her in death. She was a longtime Lawton resident. She worked at St Joseph Hospital in Sioux City in the early 1960s.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Carol Mongar of Omaha; a son, Raymond of Lawton; two sisters, Mrs. George Gruber of Sioux City and Mrs. Floyd Evans of Michigan, and three grandchildren.
