Maude (Robinson) Bronn, 81, Sunrise Manor Nursing Home, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 1990 at the residence following a long illness.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Community Presbyterian Church of Lawton, Iowa, with the Rev. Dr. Robert E. Peters, pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Banner Township Cemetery in Lawton. Services will be from 3-9 p.m. today, with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m., at McCulloch Funeral Home in Moville.

Mrs. Bronn, the former Maude Robinson, was born Dec. 26, 1908 in Cherokee County. She was raised in Moville, and lived for many years in Denver, Colo, and Santa Monica, Calif. She married A.E. Bronn May 30, 1947 in Denver. She worked as a waitress, hostess and cashier for many restaurants. She moved to Sioux City after her husband's death Dec. 30, 1971 in California, and did office work and bookkeeping for the Sydney Hotel.

She was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Lawton.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Louis (Loretta) Peterson of Lawton; a brother, Malcomn "Mike" Robinson of Hinton, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, six brothers and a sister.
