Funeral service for Hans Bremer, 73, of Lawton, who died Monday in a Sioux City nursing home following a lingering illness, will be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon in the Lawton Community church. Stiles' funeral home of Moville will direct burial in the Lawton cemetery.

Mr. Bremer was born January 1, 1868, Mills County. Ia., and moved to Lawton in 1905, where he lived until the time of his death. He married Ella Richardson in 1898 in Moville. She died 23 years ago.

Surviving are two sons, Joe of Sioux City, and George of California: six daughters. Mrs. Lena Libby, Mrs. Mabel Wardwell and Miss Anna Bremer all of California; Mrs. Emma Plumer and Mrs. Ethel Quintard, both of Lawton, and Mrs. Mary Langstaff all of Sioux City, one brother, Aswus of Moville and a half brother, Charles Hammer of Council Bluffs.
