Paul Palmer died Wednesday, after an illness of only three days. The remains were taken to Britt for burial.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Feb. 17, 1827 and died Feb. 27, 1908. He is buried in the Evergreen Cemetery in Britt, IA.
