Hazel V. Hecker

PULASKI - Hazel Vera Hecker, 74, died Saturday, 8:15 p.m., in Scotland County Nursing Home at Memphis, Mo.

She was the daughter of Ephriam A. and Mary Catherine Hill Worley, born in Putnam Co., Mo., on Feb. 20, 1897. She had been a resident of the Pulaski area for more than 31 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She married Nicholas R. Hecker on Oct. 17, 1917 at Unionville, Mo.

Survivors include three sons, Neal of Pulaski, Max of Bloomfield, and George Hecker of Northridge, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Ramseyer and Mrs. Lowell Francis, both of Bloomfield, one brother, Elmer Worley of Butte, Mont.; 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1967; and by one brother, three sisters and one grandson.

Funeral will be Tuesday, 2 p.m., at Wagler Funeral Home with the Rev. J.E. McClellan of Pulaski Methodist Church officiating. Interment in Pulaski Cemetery.
