Last rites for Mrs. John P. (Hulda) Hetzler, 93, were held at Muscatine Dec. 29 with burial in Memorial Park cemetery. Mrs. Hetzler died at the Bethesda Care center, Muscatine, Dec. 27.

The daughter of Peter and Mary Gasser Doerfer, she was born in Wilston township, Muscatine county, Feb. 5, 1890 and lived all her life south of Wilton. She was married to John P. Hetzler in Wilton Jan. 10, 1912. She was a member of Peace United Methodist church.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth, Muscatine; 2 daughters, Mrs. Carl (Harriet) Cole and Mrs. L. C. (Gladys) Cole, both of Wilton, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1976, 2 sisters and 4 brothers.
