Earl Eves, 46, manager of the Hutchinson ice cream plant, died suddenly at West Liberty Friday night. Taken ill at a K.P. lodge meeting, he was carried to his home where he died within an hour. Surviving are his widow and two small children.

Funeral services were held at West Liberty Monday afternoon. Mrs. Laura Gray, Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Gray, Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Gray and Mr. and Mrs. F. L. Pearson were among those who went from here to attend the services.
