DANBURY, Iowa - Frank J. Uhl, 75, of rural Danbury, died Saturday at a Mapleton nursing home of long illness. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in St. Mary Catholic Church at Danbury, with the Rev. Robert Thiele officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. The Rosary will be said at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Walter Funeral Home at Mapleton.

Mr. Uhl was born Oct. 2, 1902 at Danbury, and farmed with a brother 4 1/2 miles west of Danbury since 1927. Mr. Uhl was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include four sisters, Mrs. Joseph (Josephine) Wimer, Mrs. George (Marcella) Schleis, and Mrs. Al (Loretta) Schleis, all of Mapleton, and Mrs. Cletus (Elizabeth) Richtermeir of Sioux City and two brothers, Raymond of Mapleton and John C. of Danbury.
