No, that's not him. His WW1 draft card says Convict labor. It's stamped by the prison on the second side and it's dated june 5, 1917. It also says there is no physical reason why he cannot serve. So I know he wasn't in the insane side of it. This is driving me crazy. He was from muscatine. That is also the address he lists on the card.
