CASCADE - Funeral services for Mrs. John A. (Catherine) Takes, 69, were held Tuesday morning at St. Mary's church with burial in the church cemetery. Mrs. Takes died Saturday at Cascade.

She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Mary at home; one son, Lloyd of Monticello; 16 grandchildren; six sisters, Miss Mary E. Takes of Dubuque, Mrs. John Decker of La Motte, Mrs. Margaret Puetz of Bernard, Mrs. LeRoy Hoffman of Merced, Calif., Sister Mary Orlando, RSM, and Sister Mary Oosmes, RSM. both of Webster Groves, Mo.; five brothers, Frank, Joseph, Al, John R. and William H. Pfab, all of Bernard.
