Mrs. Ed Kinney, 63 years old, died at her home in Iowa City last Sunday after an illness extending over the past six months. She has been a resident of Iowa City for eighteen years.

The funeral services were held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's church with burial in St. Joseph's cemetery.

Erma Delaney was born in Muscatine county 63 years ago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Delaney. She married Mr. Ed Kinney in 1890 and the couple occupied a farm south of Oxford for a number of years.

Mrs. Kinney leaves her husband, two brothers, Dan Delaney of Oxford and John Delaney of Marengo; and two sisters, Mrs. Martha Carey of West Branch and Mrs. Ed Farrell of Long Beach, Calif.--Oxford Leader.
