Mrs. Frank Hendee Passed Away Tues.
Funeral to be Held Friday Afternoon at Methodist Church
Mrs. Frank Hendee, 45, died Tuesday morning at the Skiff Memorial hospital in Newton, where she underwent an operation Wednesday, May 8th. She had recovered nicely and planned to return to her home Wednesday, but on Tuesday afternoon after being taken back to her room from the sun porch, was taken with a severe pain over her heart and shortly after passed away from a blood clot.
She is survived by her husband, her mother, Mrs. C. Breen, who has made her home with her a great deal of the time, six sisters, one brother, and an adopted sister.
She has been a resident of Colfax and the majority of the time since her marriage twenty-four years ago.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Friday afternoon from the Methodist church with Rev. L. C. McDonald officiating.
