Well Known Man of Baxter Died Yesterday
George Caulifield, 50 Years Old, Dies With Hemorrhage of Lungs – Funeral Services Tomorrow Morning – Interment Beside Father in Newton Cemetery
George Caulifield, a resident of near Baxter, passed away at his home yesterday morning shortly after 5 o’clock, death being due to hemorrhage of the lungs. Mr. Caulifield is well known in this county, having been a resident of these parts all his life. He was a man 50 years of age, and leaves a mother and one brother, Thomas Caulifield.
The funeral services will be held from the Congregational church at Baxter tomorrow morning, and interment will be in the Newton cemetery beside the remains of his father, who passed away several years ago. The funeral party is expected to arrive at the Newton burying grounds about 2 o’clock.
