Trenton -- Peter J. Hull was born in Ohio May 4, 1839 and departed this life May 12, 1905 being 66 years and 9 days old. Mr. Hull was only ailing three or four days. He leaves a wife, one son and one daughter to mourn his departure, while one daughter died in infancy. The funeral services were held Sunday at 2 o’clock from the M.E. Church and were attended by a large concourse of people showing the high esteem in which he was held by the community in which he had lived so long. The funeral oration was delivered by Prof. Dey of the Trenton school from Matthew 44:22 and was a very able address, after which the remains were laid away in Green Mound Cemetery to await the resurrection morn.
