Mary A. Embree, wife of Samuel Embree of Whittier who has been an invalid for a year or more, died at her home Saturday morning. Her death was caused immediately by paralysis of the mouth and throat. She was 67 years of age, and was a sister of Ezra Heald of this place. The funeral took place Monday afternoon at the Whittier Friends church. Ezra Heald of this place and L. H. Embree of Springdale attended the funeral from this part of the state.
