MRS. M. A. HANSON DIED LAST NIGHT

Body Will Be Brought Here From Warsaw, Ill., For Burial

Mrs. Mary A. HANSON, for many years a resident of Fairfield, passed away last night, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. N. M. COCHRAN near Warsaw, Ill.

The body will be brought to Fairfield and short services, conducted by Dr. Gilbert Voorhies, will be held in Evergreen cemetery at 1 oclock tomorrow afternoon.

MRS. HANSON WAS BURIED TODAY

Former Resident Passed Away At Warsaw, Ill., Dr. Voorhies In Charge

Mrs. Henry HANSON, a former resident of Fairfield, passed away at her home in Warsaw, Ill., and the remains shipped to Fairfield today, where interment was made by the side of her husband, Henry HANSON. Dr. Gilbert Voorhies had charge of the service at Evergreen cemetery.

MRS. HENRY HANSON

Mrs. Henry HANSON who passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. N. M. COCHRAN in Warsaw, Ill., April 20, 1926, was born in Lancaster, Mass., September 2, 1839. On April 5 1864, she was united in marriage to Henry HANSON. In 1868 she came west and located in Fairfield where they lived until 1901, when they went to Warsaw, Ill., to make their home with her daughter.

Mr. HANSON passed away May 20, 1920 (sic - May 20, 1916). Mrs. HANSON is survived by one daughter, Mrs. N. M. COCHRAN, and one son, Ernest W. HANSON, of Burlington, Iowa.

Two daughters preceeded her in death, one in early childhood and Mrs. Charles COCHRAN, a member of the class of 1902 of Parsons college.

She also leaves seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Mrs. HANSON was a member of the old Congregational church of this city.
