Ern E. Clinton died at his home of a heart attack Sunday, June 14th, after a short illness.

Ern was born February 05, 1926, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Clinton. At the time of his death he had reached the age of 16 years, four months and nine days.

His father preceded him in death in 1932 but he is survived by his mother, one sister Helen, and one brother, Fred Jr.

He attended the rural schools of his community and worked at farming.

Funeral services were held at St. Joseph's church here last Wednesday morning at 9:30 and burial was made in St. Joseph's cemetery, the Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. P. Taken officiating.

Casketbearers were Harry Reynolds, Bob White, Charles Dohrer, Glenn McBride, Harry Hubbard and Wayne Hummel.

Relatives and friends from a distance who attended the services included: Mrs. Margaret Plath and family of Grafton, Ia., Mrs. L. Dahlstrom and son Ben of Whitehall, Wis., Ernie, George and Grace Clinton, Mrs. Lawrence Miller, and Mrs. Raymond Weir, all of McGregor, Mrs. Gladys Faust and son of Manchester and Miss Pearl Miller of Grafton.
