What do you do with a five-foot tall, well over a ton "Radish"? If he's your pet steer, you feed him three times a day, show him off to the people who come from miles around to see him and don't argue with him much according to Bill SHIELDS, the owner. Radish, who is almost six-years-old, is a dark Charolais and Limousine cross steer over eight feet long and measures over nine feet around right behind his front legs. That's not the animal's largest circumference by a long shot.
