E. I. WILSON, of Gravity, well known hatchery man, who operates hatcheries in Clearfield, Bedford and Gravity, announces the opening of a skating rink on the Billie FINCH lots across the street from the Ford Garage. The rink will be open every afternoon and evening and an electric phonograph will furnish music.

The American Legion announces the appointment of new officers for the Mount Ayr Boy Scout Troop. Alvin R. LAMOREAX was chosen Scoutmaster to succeed James E. MAHAN; Willis HOOD, assistant scoutmaster; Harold DAVIS, chairman; Miller CHRISTIANSEN, secretary-treasurer; H. C. BEARD, activities chairman and James E. MAHAN, training chairman.

Mr. and Mrs. Roy WARDEN have purchased a restaurant in Redding and expect to move there from the farm in the near future.
