Mother's Day was a great day of fishing for Shaun WALKUP, 13, of Diagonal. The son of Bob and Misty WALKUP was using beejay catfish bait at a farm pond near Afton when he hauled in two huge catfish, his sixth and seventh catfish of the year. One was a 31-inch-long catfish which weighed between 15 and 20 pounds. He also caught a 26-inch-long catfish the same day.
