JOHNSON REUNION
The annual JOHNSON family reunion was held September 21 at the Tingley community center. Fifty-six relatives were
in attendance. The 2009 reunion will be held September 20, 2009 at the Tingley community center. Harriet LONG of
Mount Ayr was honored as being the oldest living JOHNSON present. Joel LOOMIS returned thanks before everyone enjoyed
all of the delicious food. Those in attendance were Bill and Jeanne THOMPSON of Dacona, CO; Doris BEEN, Steve and
Jen BEEN, Kevin and Travis BEEN, Rod and Laurie, Cory and Dana, Sue BEEN, Joni, Brian, Landon and Luke WORDEN, all of
Belmond; Kenneth and Jo Ellen JOHNSON of Indianola; Willie JOHNSON of Newton; Larry THOMPSON of Cumberland;
Carl and Gloria Van ZEE of Colax; Brad JOHNSON of Creston; Dianne, Bill, Chase and Kayla MILLER and Cain AVILA, all of
Denison; Gary and Polly HARTSOOK of Shannon City; Jill HARTSOOK of Ankeny; Joel and Beth LOOMIS ofGrinnell; Tracy
