WARD BOUNDARIES.

The City is divided into four wards, as follows:

All that part of the City lying between a line running in the center of 4th
avenue, and the north boundary of Ringwood, is the First Ward.

All that part of the City lying between a line running in the center of 4th
avenue, and a line running in the center of 7th avenue, is the Second Ward.

All that part of the City lying between a line running in the center of 7th
avenue, and a line running in the center of 10th avenue is the Third Ward.

All that part of the City lying between a line running in the center of 10th
avenue and the Mississippi river, is the Fourth Ward.
