The Iowa Genealogical Society has microfilm to view, as well as several state census publications for sale, as do many of the genealogical societies in Iowa. These publications cannot be transcribed, since most—if not all—are not photo-reproductions of the original censuses, but are already full transcriptions or indexes. |
