A number of relatives from out of town were present at the funeral. The sermon was given by Rev. J. S. Nicholson the pastor, who had been an intimate friend of the deceased during the last years of his life. A more particular obituary will be given in these items next week. –Goldfield

He grew to manhood at the place of his birth and was married there in 1893 to Cora M. Worley also of that place. Their family consisted of five children, Blanche, Hal, Evelyn, Lincoln, and Prudence. During his long and painful illness his friends have multiplied because of his unselfish and patient Christian character expressed in every action and thought of his life. The influence for good of such a life is unmeasurable. –Goldfield
