I would be curious to know the following gentleman's place of interment; He was a faithful freind of the Spilde family.

Death of Ole Moe

Sometime last Tuesday a pathetic tragedy was enacted at the little home of Herman Lillethun, in the northeast part of town. Mr. Ole Moe, who has lived in Northwood and it's vicinity for many years, died there, helpless and alone. Mr. Moe will be remembered as the patient looking little man with the bad case of the spinal curvature. He was sixty-one years of age. For several years he has worked industriously through the summers, and spent his time far less usefully in winters. Of late he has been considerably indisposed but his ailment was not regarded as serious. Tuesday morning between 8 and 9 o'clock Mr. Lillethun went west to get out wood, leaving Mr. Moe [alone]. He returned at about 7 o'clock, and was surprised to find the house dark and cold. He lighted a lamp and found the body of Mr. Moe lying partially dressed upon the bed. Deceased must have been dead for several hours. Mr. L. notified his neighbor Dr. [Hurd], the county coroner, who thought the case one which had better be investigated. A coroner's jury consisting of Messrs. A. C. Blackmore, A. Holland and [E.] W. Remroe viewed the remains and the premises and listened to such evidence as was [pr[illegible]rable], which was not much. The jury pronounced the death to and the result of natural causes. Poor Ole was doubtless a victim of heart disease. But the jury heard a mass of squirming testimony from Lillethun, and found a rich army of empty jugs and bottles, which led them to think the case and the place the due subjects for official probing. Mr. Moe was a thoroughly honest man, a faithful worker, very thoughtful and kindly when at his best, and a great favorite in the families for which he worked. A nephew, Mr. P. H. Moe of [S]earville, arrived in town yesterday to take charge of the remains and make arrangements for the funeral.
