Edwin J. Stason Died 1939

The body of E.J. Stanson, 79, widely known Sioux City lawyer more than 50 years who died Monday at Pasadena, California, will arrive here Friday night. The West Funeral Home will be in charge.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. in West’s Chapel. Rev. George C. Pullman will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.

Active pallbearers selected for the funeral of E.J. Stason, 79, to be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the West Funeral Home, will be Carleton M. Corbett, Earl A. Hoffman, Rex H. Hatfield, Dr. William G. Rowley, Joseph D. Hale and Ralph R. Brubacher.

Honorary pallbearers will be Edward M. Corbett, Judge Robert H. Munger, Judge Delbert C. Browning, Judge A.O. Wakefield, Judge Miles W. Newby, F.F. Faville, Frank R. Marshall and George M. Evanson.
