This is a family whose center of residency is probably Janesville, Rock County Wisconsin. Edwin and Leonora and at least two sons died there, Ira and William may have been Civil War vets in Wisconsin regiments and Leonora's family was also there in a neighboring township. All of this was obtained from Familysearch.org, and the Wisconsin Historical Society online research tools. Several of the sons may have had residency in Winnasheik but eventually left as far as I can tell.

Rock County has some great resources available as it was a fairly well-to-do industrial area prior to the settlement of much of rural iowa.
There is a USgenweb site for the county, a active Historical Society there and several published county histories.

I have family that came to NE Iowa from Janesville and have done on site research. The Wisconsin Historical Society has one of the largest genealogical collections in the midwest if not the US. 11 stories of book stacks!
