I am trying to locate Dyrland relatives in the Decorah area. My Great Grandfather was John Dyrland born in the 1880's in Karmoy the son of Sivert Dyrland and came to the United States in 1904 and settled in North Dakota. He had older brothers and uncles who settled in the Decorah area. I have alot of information on our family if anyone is interested. There are only two Dyrland family branches, the Karmoy and Telemark. I had contact with Judy Hazle a few years ago but we lost track of one another. I am considering attending the Nordic Fest in Decorah in July.
