About twenty-five families, relatives and friends very pleasantly surprised Mr. and Mrs. Goettleman Sunday, the occasion being to celebrate their twenty-fifth anniversary. The ladies brought lunch and at 1 o’clock a bounteous dinner was served. A nice sum of money was left for Mr. and Mrs. Goettleman, and about 4:30 all departed for their homes, having spent a very nice afternoon and wishing them many more happy years to come.
