Joyce Marie Stephens passed away January 31, 2015. Joyce was born on October 26, 1961 in Carroll, Iowa. She was a wonderful wife and mother. Joyce made your life better just by knowing her. She was loved and will be missed by her family and friends. Joyce is survived by her husband of 34 years, Andrew "Jim" Stephens; children, Kale(Samantha)Stephens, Tara(Coty)Mosqueda, and Kathryn Stephens; grandchildren, Grace Mosqueda and Jayd Stephens; many nieces nephews and friends.
