Mary,

I find no record of any family named Nosek in Wapello county during the period you named. I can find only one Ackley family - Paul C. Ackley (born June 1878) who came to Wapello county from Keokuk county in the late 1890s.

Paul C. Ackley married Anna E. Bailey (b. Mar 1876 and daughter of William G. and Mary Bailey) on 21 Jun 1900 in Keokuk county. They lived in Wapello county until abt 1920. Annie must have died abt 1921. According to census record they had at least 3 children.

On 10 Jun 1922 Paul Ackley married Helen Lambert. They appear in the 1930 census with Paul's younges child, Rosalie.
