You will find the obits for William James Sinnamon and Anna Sinnamon posted to the Obituaries section of this web site.
A couple of notes;
There is a death listing for an Elneor (Eleanor?) Sinnamon dated 24 May 1900, however there is no obit for this person in the Ottumwa Courier. Do not know if this is your E. Sinnamon or not.
Cannot find a death date for James Sinnamon. You may wish to try the Wapello County Genealogical Society. They have transcribed the records of Ottumwa cemetery, which are more accurate than cemetery census records. If you get one, I will look up the obit for you.
I could not find an obit for Maria Sinnamon anytime around 31 May 1900, however, Wapello county death records say that Maria Sinnamon died on 29 Jul 1881. You may want to write to the county Clerk of Court and obtain a death certificate to verify the date. However, there is no obit for the Maria Sinnamon who died in 1881.
Wapello county death records indicate that William Duncan Sinnamon died 29 Mar 1904 not 1914. This agrees with the obit of Anna Sinnamon written in 1962 that I posted. There is an obit for William Duncan Sinnamon in the Ottumwa Courier dated 30 Mar 1904 on page 5, unforunatley, the page containing the obit is missing from the microfilm. You may be able to obtain a copy by writing to the Wapello County Genealogical Society. I stopped by there today but they were closed due to our snow storm.
