I am interested in the Russian connection is why I had the query of your POPCHUCK family. They as I remember were Catholic. (St. Mary's)I have some info at home that I will send you later today when I get home. I also took a picture of a POPCHUCK stone in Calvary Cemetery of Otumwa, Iowa. I had run across this surname POPCHUCK and was curious so, I did some searching and will send you ALL the info I have for your family.Don't know if you already have this info of your family of Wapello County Iowa.
