Clarification on Hester Anson burial in Farmington cemetery

Cemetery records on Ancestry.com show Hester Anson, b. 1821 d. 13 Oct 1906 in Farmington cemetery but when I looked at the picture you have on line of the tombstone, I thought it said age 45. If she was 45 then she is the wrong Hester or Esther as family records had her name. I just need clarification on approximate birth date. Thank you.
