Milo B. Clark

Milo B. Clark, age 84, of RR 1, Stockport, died at 12:30 p.m. Thursday afternoon, Oct. 18, 1984, at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Milo was born Dec. 13, 1899, near Stockport, the son of James Thompson and Rosanna Baugher Clark. He was married on Dec. 14, 1920 to Birdena O. Morris, who died Nov. 15, 1959 at Keosauqua. On Jan. 1, 1961, he married Eldena Warner Scarborough at Fairfield. He was a lifetime resident of the Stockport Community where he was a farmer and a Postal employee.

Milo was a member of the United Methodist Church in Stockport, Workman Masonic Lodge No. 634; Order of Eastern Star No. 544; and National Rural Carrier Association. He is survived by his wife, Eldena of Stockport, and two daughters, Alice L. Campbell of Keosauqua, and Anna Belle Skaggs of Birmingham, on son, Eugene M. Clark of Stockport, two step-daughters, Rita a. Willson of Des Moines, and Kay F. Unkrich of Fairfield, seven grandchildren, six step-grandchildren, three great grandchildren, two step great grandchildren, two sisters, Marjorie Calhoun of Geneseo, Ill., and Faye Wolfe of West Liberty, Iowa, and one brother, Dale T. Clark of Stockport.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Florence Newman.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 21, 1984 at the Stockport United Methodist Church with Rev. David Kennedy officiating. Burial was in the Spencer Cemetery Northeast of Stockport.

Masonic services were held at 7:00 p.m.Saturday, Oct. 20, 1984 at the Behner Funeral Home by Workman Masonic Lodge No. 634 with visitation.

Memorials may be made to the First Responders, Easter Seal Society or the Stockport United Methodist Church.

Pallbearers were the grandsons, Tony C. Clark, Gene Crawford, Kriss Skaggs, Don Bradfield, Mart C. Campbell, Monty Unkrich, Steven, Bruce and Eric Willson.
