Grace D. Bostock

KEOSAUQUA - Mrs. Grace D. Bostock, 70, was fatally stricken while attending church in Nederland, Texas, Sunday, Sept. 9.

She was born near Keosauqua Nov. 22, 1913, to Samuel M. and Catherine Hogue Clark. She graduated from Keosauqua High School in 1932 and taught in rural schools for several years. She was later bookkeeper for Van Buren Mutual Telephone Co. in Keosauqua. She married Lester A. Bostock July 28, 1946; they lived in Nevada, Iowa, and Hamilton, Mo., where Mr. Bostock died in 1975.

Mrs. Bostock had lived in Texas for the past eight years.

Surviving: Daughter, Janis Shaw, Nederland; brother, Samuel M. Clark II, El Paso, Texas; and sister Ruth Barker, Keosauqua.

Services were held today in Nederland. Committal will be Wednesday in Hamilton, Mo.
