HARRY H. HORNBAKER

Harry Harrison Hornbaker, 10th and last surviving child of David Roten and Mary Batchelor Hornbaker was born on September 2, 1889, on the family farm near Bonaparte.

He was married to Gladys M. Dick in Ottumwa, Iowa, on June 2, 1920. He and his wife lived in Knoxville, Tennessee.

He died on September 1, 1982, at the age of 93 years.

He leaves his wife, Gladys M. Hornbaker, his son and daughter-in-law William S. and Margaret T. Hornbaker; grandson, Stephen P. Hornbaker; granddaughter, Janet H. and Wayne M. Morgan and great-grandson, Eric Lee Morgan.

Harry Hornbaker was a member of the Christian Church of Fountain City where he faithfully served in the office of elder. He was also a member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees and a 50-year Mason.

A memorial service was held September 3 in Knoxville.
