Minnie Madden

MOUNT STERLING - A graveside service of Minnie May Madden, 92, formerly of Mount Sterling, who died Tuesday in Prairie View Rest Home, Lewiston, Mo., was scheduled for 1:30 p.m. today at Harness Cemetery, Mount Sterling, with the Rev. Kenneth Campbell officiating.

Payne-Gerth Funeral Chapel, Memphis, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Madden was born Oct. 11, 1887 in Scotland County, Mo., near Mount Sterling, daughter of the late Eugene Wesley and Minnie M. Miller Rodgers. She married Walter Madden in 1910.

She was a rural school teacher and a member of the Christian Church.

Survivors include son Daniel, daughters Evelyn and Vivian, sister Mrs. Cleo Belzer of Baltimore, Md., and a number of grandchildren.
