My grandfather George Harrison Taylor, DOB July 4, 1884, was surrendered to the Des Moines, Iowa Childrens Home Society in 1893 at the age of 9 years. He had a brother, name unknown, I was wondering if the brother could have been left there at the same time. Father was Joseph (Joe) Taylor, mother Eliza (Lizza) Taylor. Also is there any way to know when he would have left the home. Any ideas or help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
