It would help if you would include what you know about these two, and how they were connected.

1870 US Census, Liberty Township, Keokuk County, Iowa
Baggs, John, 37, farmer, IL
Margory, 40 or 46, keeping house, OH
Henrietta, 15,
Charles, 12
Alva, 10
Thomas, 7
Oscar, 5
Previous Head of Household
Carr, Thomas, 27, b. IA
Next Head of Household
Baggs, Cynthia, 70 GA

Alva and Oscar lived in Filmore, Iowa County, Iowa in 1880.

John and Cynthia Baggs had previously lived in Filmore township in 1856.

I would suggest searching these two counties.
