W.P. Campbell and Mollie E. Wayne

I'm looking for information on the familes of Daniel Elisha Campbell (born November 1840 in Galesburg, Illinois) or his father, Elisha James Campbell (born 29 January 1816 in Pennsylvania). Daniel's family was in Chelsea, Iowa in 1867 as his son, Martin Van, was born there on 6 June (and died 25 August 1867, location unknown). Since Martin's 2 older siblings were born in Nebraska and his 6 younger siblings were born in Kansas, I'm thinking that maybe Daniel and his family were visiting relatives or otherwise just passing through. Anyway, another son of Elisha James was William Parker Campbell (born 17 December 1843, location unknown). The Tama County on-line marriage index by groom shows the marriage of a "Campbell, W.P. - Mollie E. Wayne 23 Mar 1867 by T. A. Graham book A page 79." Is there a way I could find out if this W.P. is my William Parker and how could I get a copy of "book a page 79?" I live in Maryland so it would be difficult for me to travel to Toledo. Thanks!
