OFFERMAN FAMILY INFO BURIALS ON CREDIT ISLAND??

Does anybody know that if the gravesites located on Credit Island have Offerman's buried there or is it from the Indian Wars?

Directions to site:

Enter Credit Island
Go straight past the golf course
Keep going straight past the picnic shelters
Cross the small area near the water
Look to your right and you should see the memorial. It is located just across the road from the bird feeders. It is probably decorated now. I believe it was discovered just a couple of years ago as it was never there before. (Maybe the weeds covered it)
