Obituary
Donald L. Gluck, 83, of Rock Island, passed away Saturday, July 23, 2022 at his home.
Services will be private. Burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens, East Moline. Memorials can be made to Rock Island County Humane Society.
Don was born October 17, 1938 in Moline, the son of Robert and Marilyn (Moffett) Gluck. He married Sandra Gluck on March 12, 1960 in Moline. She preceded him in death on August 29, 2010.
Don was retired as a concrete sub contractor. He enjoyed gardening, opera, the ballet, public radio, spending time with his family and his pets,
Survivors include his children, David (Morgan) Gluck, Rock Island, Joanne Gluck, Moline, Mark (Brenda) Gluck, Davenport, Penny Dildine, Moline, Marilyn Gaona, Davenport and Julie Gluck, Moline; grandchildren, Marilyn (Enrique), Jennifer, Ashley, Nicole, Alexis (Shawn), Nate (Lilly), Michael, Matthew, Kristy, Mario (Jennifer), Shannen (Chelsea), Brent (Cynthia), Christopher, Jonathon, Raymond, Michael and Nicole; many great grandchildren and brothers, Stephen Gluck, IN, Denny Gluck, IL and Kevin Gluck, TX. He was preceded in death by a great granddaughter, Aurora, brother, Robert Gluck and his loyal dog, Sammy.
