I attempting to find the relationship of Michael Flavin, brn 1841 in Ireland, died Des Moines 1926 to the Phelan family. Members of these families came from Dungarvan, Co. Waterford in the 1850's and 1850's. When he died Msg.Flavin was pastor of St. Ambrose cathederal in Des Moines.
