Madeline M. Riggs was born in 1832 and married John E. Evans in 1850 in Carthage, Ohio, after which they moved to Muscatine, IA. They had four children: John Tomas, Elizabeth, William Riggs, and Phillip Edward.

WIlliam Riggs Evans (my grandfather) lived and died in Muscatine. His wife was Magdalena Kramer Evans. They had ten children. My mother was their daughter, Elizabeth Evans.

I would appreciate any information on Madeline Riggs-John E. Evans and descendats and would gladly exchange what information I have with interested parties.
