Funeral services for Vern Tenold, 56, West Liberty, were held July 26 at Connor's Funeral Home in Northwood, with burial in the Lutheran cemetery in St. Ansgar.

Mr. Tenold died July 22 at his home near West Liberty.

He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; 3 daughters, Gerine and Jill, both of West Liberty and Lori, Chattanooga, TN; 2 sons, Bruce, Waterloo and Mark, Chattanooga; 2 sisters, Mildred Anderson, Joice and Carma Hagen, Wells, MN; and 3 brothers, Dean, Alden, MN, Hardine and Orland, both of Kensett.
